We also offer specialized guidance for families impacted by narcissistic or emotionally harmful patterns, helping family members establish safer boundaries, improve understanding, and foster healthier connections.

 

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy designed to help the brain process painful or overwhelming experiences that may feel “stuck.” Traumatic experiences can remain stored in the mind and body, showing up as flashbacks, anxiety, panic, or emotional triggers long after the event has passed

During EMDR therapy, these memories are safely revisited while using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements. This process helps the brain reprocess and integrate those experiences so they no longer feel as intrusive, raw, or overwhelming.
